I took this picture in Seattle, obviously since it's of the Space Needle. It was in the middle of the night so I had to use the flash on my camera and took several shots. I didn't do any editing to it except add the words to make it look like a postcard.

As a thumbnail, this picture looked great, but once the photo was blown up, I was horrified. The amount of noise in this picture makes my head hurt. I understand you took this picture at night, but there are things that you could’ve done or maybe even some editing techniques that could’ve reduced the noise of this photo. Nice try, but please play again.
